Our Centre

2021-09-13.jpg

Our centre, in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, offers a safe and friendly environment for those living with the effects of brain injury to spend time in a relaxed, informal setting. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive, non judgemental atmosphere where each person is respected as an individual and encouraged to come to terms with the changes in their life. The centre is a place to socialise with others who may share similar experiences and to participate in stimulating and varied activities.

Our activities are designed to be enjoyable as well as promoting cognitive and physical development e.g. creative writing, pottery and word games. Our centre has a beautiful garden where people can relax or join in some gardening. The centre and garden are specifically designed to accommodate all physical needs; there is a lift to the first floor, accessible toilets and ramps in the garden.

The centre can be reached by public transport and is within walking distance of Tunbridge Wells town centre. Anyone is welcome to visit our centre to discuss individual needs and our services. You don’t have to be referred to our centre by a professional, self-referral is also an option.

The centre is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30 –  3:30, with our Programme of activities offering a variety of sessions throughout the week. Download a referral form here.
